Clinical Exercise (Formally CLINICAL PILATES)

Our Clinical Exercise consultations utilise pilates reformers and tables in conjunction with other rehabilitation equipment to deliver a program tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Clinical exercise is a great option for those wishing to manage an injury or simply improve their general health and fitness.

Potential Benefits of Clinical Exercise include:

  • Improved biomechanics

  • Rehabilitation of an injury

  • Improved muscle strength and flexibility

  • Improved balance and posture

  • Strengthening of pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles

Clinical Exercise Booking options

  • All clients (new or existing) are required to attend an initial consultation with a pilates qualified practitioner. This session is designed to help us better understand your individual goals and gather comprehensive information regarding your injury history. We will also assist in helping you become familiar with the pilates reformers and assess your suitability for a variety of exercises.

  • Following your initial consultation you will be required to book a follow up 1:1 consultation where you will receive a 12 week individual program. During this session we will go through your new program and help you become familiar with the exercises and equipment. Upon completion of your 12 week program, you will be required to book another follow up to discuss your progress and make alterations to your program.

  • If you’re looking for some extra support after receiving your program you can book private one-on-one sessions with our qualified pilates practitioner. This is a great option for those just starting out or looking to rehab an injury.

  • During these classes you will still complete your personalised program in a small group class setting under the supervision of our qualified pilates practitioner. This class is a great option for those who are becoming more confident on the exercise equipment but still occasionally have questions.

  • For those who have no issues completing their program and prefer to exercise solo this is a great option. You will still be required to make a booking time before attending the clinic.
